The experienced team at Greenwood Roche drafts, negotiates and advises on development and construction documentation for public and privately financed (including PPP) construction, infrastructure and engineering projects (including NZS, FIDIC and NEC standard forms). Our team have worked on a number of project finance deals both overseas and in New Zealand, including on all of the major New Zealand PPP roading projects.
