Introducing the GreenPrint
We are delighted to present the GreenPrint – our unique take on a sustainability and broader outcomes strategy that reflects us, our principles, and our focus as project lawyers working in the property, development and energy sectors. Our relationship with land and the built environment is core to who we are as a firm.
The term “GreenPrint” addresses both our footprint as an organisation and our handprint in terms of the impact we can have in our client work and the sectors we work within. It is intended to go beyond standard sustainability policies and reflect the Greenwood Roche brand we imprint on everything we do. It’s our blueprint to shape greater client value at the centre of people, place and law: Ko tō mātou mahere hei whakarangatira i ō mātou kiritaki i te pūtahi o te tangata, o te wāhi, o te ture hoki.
The targets and commitments relating to each pillar | pou of the GreenPrint are reinforced by a comprehensive set of action plans, firm policies and our Greenwood Roche Charter. We review these targets and commitments regularly with an ambition to build on and extend our targets annually. The next generation of lawyers at Greenwood Roche, our rangatahi, also play a key role in shaping and delivering on our commitments.
