Annabel joined Greenwood Roche in 2021 from a national full service law firm. Annabel advises on a range of commercial and property matters including acquisitions and disposal of property and property rights, Overseas Investment Office approvals, business and share sales and purchases, subdivisions and leases. Annabel has a particular interest in the rural sector, with experience in large scale agricultural, horticultural and forestry transactions.
