Erica joined Greenwood Roche in 2024 as a graduate from the University of Auckland, having previously summer clerked here. 

Erica works on a broad range of transactional property and construction matters for both public and private sector clients. Erica is involved in construction contracts, sale and leasing agreements across commercial property and infrastructure projects and is assisting with Public Works Act matters.
