Jordan is a specialist construction lawyer with substantial experience across a wide range of sectors, including regeneration, house building (including private market sales, built to rent and social housing), infrastructure, commercial office, retail and leisure, hotels, car parks, education and healthcare.
Jordan has acted for public and private sector project owners, joint ventures, institutional investors, contractors, supply chain members, project funders (including debt and forward funding) and wider project stakeholders (including purchasers, tenants and neighbours).
Prior to joining Greenwood Roche, Jordan worked for five years in London at two leading law firms and worked on a number of significant development and infrastructure projects across the UK.
