Laura practices in all aspects of commercial property with a focus on infrastructure, acquisitions and disposals, and large-scale property development.
Laura also has experience advising the Crown on Treaty of Waitangi settlement negotiations, implementation, and a variety of Crown land matters, including the development or disposal of land by the Crown and Crown agencies.

Laura joined Greenwood Roche in 2014 from the Ministry for Primary Industries where she advised on commercial property, Treaty of Waitangi, Fisheries and Forestry matters.
