Rachel Robertson

PRINCIPAL

Rachel has over 25 years’ experience acting for companies, government, State-owned enterprises, property developers and incorporated societies in the acquisition, disposal, development and leasing of land and buildings.
Rachel acts as an advisor to the Crown on the Treaty of Waitangi settlement process and drafts deeds of settlement for Treaty settlements. She also advises on the disposal of land by the Crown and Crown agencies.

Rachel has specialist experience in access arrangements, leasing, Public Works Act, Crown Pastoral Land Act and Land Transfer Act matters.  She also advises on Health and Safety at Work Act and Anti-Money Laundering and Countering Financing of Terrorism Act matters.
